So this is my first time blogging , I started this blogsite because I know someone somewhere in the world would be searching for endless reviews before buying a product online because I am one of those people ! And beacause I was intrigued to buy many beauty products just because they were so hyped up and I ended up feeling that they were not worth the money and the hype at all .
So enough rambling and lets get to the review now
I know these lip creams have been out in the market many years ago but I never happend to try them before ( And I regret that so much ) so oneday I was like I have to try some of nyx lip products so I bought the nyx soft matte lip cream in the shade Cannes ! I love nudes and mauves so these are the shades that I gravitate towards the most
The actual review !
The formula is very smooth and buttery and it is so light on the lips that almost feels like a lip balm and it has a medium coverage in the first swipe but you can easily build it up to full without it looking like you have a multiple layers on your lips
Online pictures of this particular shade made me think that it is kind of a light color but in real life it is a bit darker , it is almost a muted pinkish mauve that would compliment a variety of skin tones .
And its good to mention that it is not sticky at all and it takes about 1 minute to fully dry matte
It is not transfer proof , in fact it transfers very easily when you drink , eat or kiss
So you may have to re apply through out the day
It may not last all day long but that is the issue of almost all the lipsticks
I enjoy it so much and I pretty much have nothing bad to say about it
If I have to rate it , I would give it an 8 out of a 10
And last but not least I purchased it from amazon for almost 4$
And let me tell you it is amazing for the price !
